Our menu offers a wide range of dishes both vegetarian, and non-vegetarian options. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.
Meet the proprietors
Nids Homeland is Karat in Bullilum Thailand, today she lives in Broome with her partner Petris a local and longtime resident. Together they make a great team, Petris takes on business systems and Nid runs the kitchen and keeps things running smoothly. For Nid this is a dream come true, Nids passion is to share her love of food with the community.

Nidy's food van is a off road capable food van at a length of 6m which can easily accommodate 5 staff with room to move. With potable water and waste tanks and large generator, 2 fridges 1 freezer, 2 deep fryers, commercial Stove, bbq plate, oven, bayne marie, range hood, point of sale and back kitchen management. Along with trained certified staff with decades of kitchen experience makes Nidy's an obvious choice for large scale off grid operations.
